Receta Crab Meat Egg Pancake
Ingredientes
- 1 c. fresh crab meat (or possibly sm. can)
- 1/2 c. celery, minced finely
- 2 T scallions, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 4 large eggs, well beaten
Direcciones
- Heat 3 tbsp veg. oil in heavy skillet. Mix the beaten large eggs into the rest of ingredients and pour into pan. Cook over a low flame till the pancake is well set. Then cut into quarters and turn each quarter carefully. Avoid over cooking that will toughen the pancake. Serve at once.
