Receta Crab Meat Mousse

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Gelatin
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1 can Condensed tomato soup
- 9 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Minced stuffed olives
- 1 can (13-ounce) crab meat
Direcciones
- Add in gelatin to cool water & soak 5 min. Bring soup to boiling. Remove from heat, add in gelatin & stir till dissolved. Cream the cheese well & gradually stir in warm soup mix. Stir till smooth. When almost cold, add in mayonnaise & all remaining ingredients. Pour into mold & chill.
