Receta Crab Salad Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Seafood seasoning
- 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 6 ounce Crabmeat (check for small Peices of shell)
- 2 lrg Kaiser rolls, split Horizontally
- 1 c. Thinly sliced romaine Lettuce
Direcciones
- Mix the mayonnaise and seafood seasoning together in medium bowl. Mix incelery and onion. Add in crabmeat and stir gently to combine. Do not mash. Season to taste with pepper.
- Place bottoms of rolls on plates. Place half of crab salad, and then the lettuce on each of the rolls.
- Place the bun tops on the salad, and press gently.
