Receta Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 7 ounce crabmeat - (to 8) (canned or possibly fresh picked - not imitation)
- 4 x green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp grnd savory Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. no-sugar mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat (rinse if using canned), green onions, herbs, and pepper. Fold in mayonnaise and 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese till well combined. Chill filling till ready for use.
- Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp towel. Remove stems. Spoon out the gills and the base of the stem, making deep c.. Throw away gills and stems.
- Fill the mushroom caps with rounded teaspoonfuls of filling, and place them in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan and paprika.
- Bake for 15 min. Remove from oven, and serve immediately.
