- 12 ounce fresh cranberries
- 1 c. kumquats quartered
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pitted dates minced
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients in food processor & pulse 10 times or possibly till fruit is coarsely minced. Add in dates & pulse 5 times or possibly until blended. Cover and let stand at room temp 1 hour. Can be made ahead & refrigerated.
