Receta Cranberry Orange Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Cranberries, minced finely
- 1 x Oranges, grnd with skins
- 1/4 c. Raisins,
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar,
- 2 2/3 Tbsp. Margarine,
- 1 x Egg,
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla,
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour,
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour,
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr,
Direcciones
- This is half of the original recipe with pan size adjusted.
- Combine the cranberries, oranges, raisins, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Cream the margarine till light and fluffy. Add in egg and beat well. Blend in the vanilla. Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the creamed mix.
- Stir in the cranberry mix and pour the batter into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 min or possibly till browned on top. Cold in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
