Receta Cranberry - Orange - Raisin Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 orange, grated skin only
- 2 T oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. cranberries (fresh)
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Sift the dry ingredients together and set aside. Grate the orange, skin only. Cut orange in half and squeeze out juice. Boil sufficient water to make 3/4 cup (this will include the juice from orange and 2 tbsp oil).Beat egg and vanilla. Mix in the nuts, cranberries and raisins. Grease and flour bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After cooked, wrap and chill or possibly freeze. Makes 1 loaf.
