Receta Cranberry Orange Trifle

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (85 g) cranberry jello
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 can (10z) mandarin oranges
  • 1 pkt (300 g) angel food cake, cut Into cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (30 g) jello instant Vanilla pudding
  • 1 ct (1-litre) Cold Whip Dessert topping Grated orange rind Fresh cranberries

Direcciones

  1. Drain oranges, saving liquid. Add in boiling water to the jello. Add in additional water to reserved orange liquid to make 1 c.. Add in to jello. In large glass bowl, put the cubed angel food cake. Slowly pour over the jello mix. Toss gently till all jello has been absorbed. Make the instant pudding, using the 1-1/2 c. of lowfat milk. Mix in 2 c. of Cold whip, orange sections and grated orange rind. Spoon over top of the cake cubes.
  2. Garnish with the remaining toppings and refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs.
  3. Makesabout 10 servings.
