Receta Pancreatitis Diet: Cranberry Salad
Amazingly fresh and delicious salad that is low in fat, high in antioxidants and excellent for pancreatitis!
Ingredientes
- 1 pound cranberries
- 8 ounces miniature marchmallows
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened whipped cream
Direcciones
- Place all the cranberries in a blender or food processor and grind (don't pulverize them!). Get a large bowl and mix the cranberries, sugar, marshmallows and pineapple. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Just add the whipped cream and bananas when you're ready to serve!
