Receta Cranberry Walnut Relish

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. Loosely-packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Maple syrup
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Freshly-grated nutmeg
- 1 lb Fresh or possibly frzn cranberries
- 4 x Naval oranges peeled, and divided into segments
- 1/2 c. Coarsely-minced walnut pcs
Direcciones
- Bring the sugars, syrup, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook gently 5 min. Add in the cranberries and continue to simmer, uncovered, till half the berries "pop". Remove from the heat and stir in the orange segments. Cold, stir in the walnut pcs, and serve.
- This recipe yields 5 c. of relish.
