  • 4 ounce. smoked beef-like frzn Soyameat
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Bakon yeast

Direcciones

  1. Tear thawed Soyameat into small pcs. Saute/fry in oil till lightly browned. Add in flour; mix well. Slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Add in seasonings. Cook till thick. Serve over toast, pancakes, or possibly waffles.
