Receta Creamed Turnips With Dill Weed

- Barely cover with water and cook till just done (don't over cook). Drain down to about 1 c. stock, add in 1/2 tsp. dill weed and 2 Tbsp. butter.
- Return to stove and add in cream mix (1 Tbsp. flour stirred till smooth in 1 c. of lowfat milk). Simmer till well blended. Taste for seasoning.
