Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar, up to 1/3
- 1/3 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar plus
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 sm head green cabbage cored and finely grated (about 6 c.)

- Too often cole slaw depends on cream, mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream for flavor.
- This dressing relies on nonfat yogurt, evaporated skim lowfat milk and mild rice vinegar. It is sufficient to amply dress 6 c. of finely shredded cabbage.
- In large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except cabbage till sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Toss with cabbage in nonmetal bowl.
- Chill. Toss again before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
