Receta Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 oranges, sections
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 apples, cubed
- 1/2 pound seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 c. whipped cream
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple, reserve juice; set aside. Add in sufficient water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Put together with next 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan, mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till dressing is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat and cool completely.Put together pineapple and remaining fruit in large bowl. Add in whipped cream to dressing mix and fold into fruit. Refrigerate. 8-10 servings.
