- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1lb peeled and de-veined shrimp
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- For the Cucumber-Basil Yogurt Dressing:
- 1/2 cup peeled and seeded chopped cucumber (about 1/2 small cucumber)
- 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
