Receta Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot pwdr
- 3 clv garlic, diced
- 3 x scallions, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
Direcciones
- Combine the tahini and water in a medium sized saucepan; add in the nutritional yeast. Sift the arrowroot pwdr (sift through a strainer), and add in to the mix; add in the remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Place pan over low heat and cook for approximately 5 min, stirring often, till sauce is thick.
