Receta Creamy Gluten Free Butternut Squash Pasta
Ingredientes
- 2 pounds butternut squash, roasted and blended in to smooth puree
- One box gluten free pasta (I used Schar Fusilli)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh sage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons gluten free all purpose flour (I used King Arthur)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- Cabot Alpine Cheddar for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
