Receta Creamy Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk, rice, and salt. Heat slowly to boiling. Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 45 min, stirring 3 or possibly 4 times. Rinse and drain raisins. Stir vanilla, sugar, and raisins into rice. Bake 15 min longer. Serves 6.
