Receta Creamy Tofu Pasta

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 4 lrg garlic clove minced fine
- 1/4 c. finely minced red onion
- 32 ounce soft tofu
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. tamari or possibly light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dry sweet basil
- 2 c. warm cooked pasta
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a small pan. Add in garlic and onion and saute/fry over medium-low heat till the onion is translucent/soft.
- In food processor, blend the tofu till it reaches a uniform consistency. Pour the blended tofu into saute/fry pan with the garlic and onion, and cook for 5 min over medium heat.
- Add in water, tamari, and basil to the pan and cook for 5 min more.
- Pour the tofu sauce over cooked pasta. Toss well and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
