Receta Crisp Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Blend in 1/4 c. Crisco, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg. Add in 1 tsp. baking pwdr, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract and 2 c. flour. Mix. Chill. After chilling, roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on floured board or possibly pastry cloth. Cut and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 7-10 min.
