Receta Crispy Baked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 3 to 3 1/4 lbs. frying chicken, cut up or possibly chicken breast
- 1 egg">egg or possibly white of egg">egg
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. instant potato flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
Direcciones
- Wash chicken pcs and pat dry. Set aside. Beat egg and lowfat milk in a bowl. In another bowl mix potato flakes, garlic pwdr and Parmesan cheese. Roll chicken first in egg mix, then in the potato flakes mix. Heat butter in shallow baking pan. Roll coated chicken pcs in the butter and place them skin side up in the pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till juices from thighs run clear when pierced with a fork. Transfer to serving platter. Serves 4.
- Diet tips: To reduce calories, fat, and cholesterol, remove the skin from the chicken before coating. Use diet or possibly light butter and the whites of Large eggs only.
