Receta Crispy Batter For Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Ice water
- 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 2 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Beat well. Dip shrimp into batter and deep fry at 375 degrees till golden.
- Serves 6.
- This batter can also be used for onion rings.
