Receta Crispy Cheese Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. Chives, minced
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Salt
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch Oil for deep-frying
Direcciones
- Mix 1 c. flour with the cheese, Large eggs, chives, cayenne pepper and a healthy pinch of salt. Shape the mix into 24 balls. Combine the remaining flour with the cornstarch and roll the balls in the mix to coat lightly. Heat the oil till warm sufficient to brown a bread cube in 50 seconds. Deep-fry the fritters in small batches, turning several times once they rise to the surface. Fry till golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
