- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon chives
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cut up
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together. Wash chicken and coat with flour mix.
- Heat 1 inch oil in fry pan; cook till brown (approximately 8-10 min). Continue cooking and turn till proportionately brown and tender.
