Receta Lobster Or Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Ingredientes
- 2 lb shrimp or possibly lobster, (raw, shelled and cleaned)
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 stk butter
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed (or possibly more to taste)
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 x warm pepper halved and seeded
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 c. fresh minced parsley
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 x 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 c. red or possibly white wine salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in oil and sauteeonion and garlic till golden brown. Add in tomatoes and mix well. add in all remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 30 min.
- Remove bay leaf and warm pepper halves. Add in shrimp /and/or possibly lobster and simmer 15 min. Turn off heat and let sit for 10 min Cook pasta (your choice)
- according to directions. Drain and toss with sauce. Top with extra sauce and fish and serve immediately with grated cheese on the side.
- Serve with PLENTY OF BREAD AND WINE. A nice salad with dinner and some cool fruit after are perfect.
