Receta Crock Pot Banana Walnut Bread
Love, love this bread. So moist and easy to make.
Ingredientes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Medium Bananas, Mashed
- 1 Cup Walnuts, chopped
Direcciones
- In a bowl, combine butter, eggs and sugar until well blended.
- Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1 cup flour and mix until blended.
- Add in last cup of flour - mix AGAIN.
- Mixture will be thick.
- Mash Bananas and add to mixture.
- Mix.
- Add walnuts and guess what...mix!
- Butter crock pot dish and pour in mixture.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Top should be slightly brown and bread will bounce back when touched.
