- 6oz smoked gouda, sliced

- 2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- juice of 1/2 lime
- salt & pepper
- 3 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, thinly chopped
