Receta Crock Pot Fifteen Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Fifteen-Bean Soup Mix * see note
- 1 lrg Onion minced
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 2 stalk Minced Celery
- 1 x Bay Leaf
- 1 dsh Cayenne Pepper Grnd Pepper To Taste
- 1 pkt Polska Kielbasa sliced 1/4" thick

- *Throw away flavoring packet.
- Soak beans overnight, changing water frequently. Drain. In crock- pot, cover beans with 1 inch water. Add in all remaining ingredients except kielbasa. Cover and cook on high for one hour; turn to low and cook overnight. Stir once or possibly twice during cooking. One hour before serving, check the texture of the soup. If it's too thin, mash some of the beans with a potato masher. Add in sliced kielbasa. Cook for one hour. Serve with Tabasco sauce and bread or possibly rice.
- Serves 4 generously.
- NOTE: This soup freezes well. Leftovers are excellent (usually thicker from reheating), and are delicious served over rice.
