Receta Crock Pot Herbed Round Steak

Ingredientes
- 2 lb beef round steak
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 x onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. red or possibly white wine
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Trim fat from steak. Cut meat into serving size portions. In a skillet brown meat in warm oil. Slice onion and place in bottom of 4-qt crock pot. Place browned meat atop onion.
- In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cook on HIGH heat setting for 5 hrs. Serve over rice with a steamed broccoli side dish.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
