Receta Crock Pot Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck or possibly beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt (to taste)
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. raw rice, converted
- 3 stalks celery, minced
Direcciones
- Brown beef in frying pan and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hrs or possibly on High 3 hrs. Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top (if you like).
