Receta Crockpot Brunswick Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 quart water
- 1 x onion minced
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 3 x potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 can (16oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 pkt (10z.) frzn lima beans, partially thawed
- 1 pkt (10z.) frzn whole kernel corn, partially thawed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste cooked pasta or possibly rice for serving
Direcciones
- Cut chicken into bite size pcs, put in crockpot with water, onion, ham, and potatoes. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hrs. Add in the tomatoes, beans, corn, sugar and salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 60 min. Serve over pasta or possibly rice.
