- 3 x boneless skinless hicken breast halves Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Paprika to taste
- 20 ounce unsweetened pineapple tidbits liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard Soy sauce to taste
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add in garlic. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 to 4 hrs.
