Ingredientes
- 1 x 3 lb Pork Roast, (3 to 4)
- 6 x Potatoes, Halved
- 8 x Carrots, Cut in pcs
- 1/2 pkt Lipton Onion Soup Mix or possibly
- 1 x Onion, Quartered
- 1 c. Water
Direcciones
- Prepare your vegetables. Place in the following order: carrots then potatos and then your Pork Roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast.
- Slow-cook on slow for about 10 hrs. You can substitute a beef roast.
