Receta Crockpot Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredientes
- 24 x cabbage leaves
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minute rice
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 2 x chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp leaf thyme
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Wash cabbage leaves. Boil 4 c. water. Turn heat off. Soak leaves in water for 5 min. Remove, drain and cold. Combine remaining ingredient except tomato paste and water. Place 2 tbsp of mix on each leaf and roll firmly. Stack in crockpot. Combine tomato paste and water and pour over stuffed cabbage. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
