- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smokey)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 lbs haddock fillets, cut into fingers (substitute any white fish you choice)
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
