Receta Crunchy Turkey Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 (5 ounce.) can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2/3 c. crushed wheat crackers
Direcciones
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Blend mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream. Toss with turkey mix. Put half mix into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Top with 2/3 crackers. Top with remaining turkey and crackers. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
