Receta Crustless Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. uncooked quick oats
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon and mace
- 4 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 6 c. thinly sliced apples
- 1/3 c. orange juice (fresh or possibly frzn)
Direcciones
- Mix first 6 ingredients with melted butter. Mix will be crumbly. Set aside. Slice apples into buttered 8 x 8 (2 inch) deep pan. Top with crumbly mix. Drizzle orange juice over top.
- Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for about 45 min or possibly till apples are tender to a knife touch. Serve hot or possibly cool. May be served with whipped cream, ice cream or possibly a wedge of nippy cheese.
