Receta Cuban Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4-5 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1/2 pound sliced ham diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 lg. red onion, diced
- 2 (14 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. sliced green olives
- Garlic, minced or possibly chopped, to taste
- 3-4 c. cooked rice
- Oil-sufficient to saute/fry chicken
- Avocado, sliced
Direcciones
- Dice chicken breasts and saute/fry in wok with garlic. When cooked, add in onion and green pepper. Cook till onion is tender. Add in ham, stewed tomatoes, olives and rice. Stir and lift till warm. Serve with sliced avocado on the side.
