Receta Cucumber Dip For Smoked Fish

Ingredientes
- 2 x Cucumbers
- 1/2 c. Sour creme
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Crushed dry dill
- 3 tsp Minced chives
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Peel and chop cucumbers. Mix with other ingredients and refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs. Slice smoked fish thinly. Place a slice of fish on a thin buttered slice of pumpernickel or possibly a crisp cracker. Top with a spoonful of cucumber dip as a canape; or possibly serve in a bowl with a plate of crackers and a plate of dipping-side pcs of smoked fish for do-it-yourself guests.
