  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red, orange, or yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño (more to taste)

Direcciones

  1. Put all of the salsa ingredients into a medium bowl
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Taste and add more jalapeño if you desire more heat.
