- 1/4 c. Parsley, Snipped
- 1 tsp Cumin, Grnd
- 2 x Cucumbers, Medium *
- 1 c. Yogurt, Plain
- 1/4 c. Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- * Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded.
- Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill till chilled, about 2 hrs.
- Makes about 3 c. salsa.
