- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 lrg cucumber peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
- 4 x garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. dry mint
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
