Receta Cucumbers In Sour Cream With Fresh Dill

Ingredientes
- 2 x Cucumbers*, sliced
- 1 c. Onion Rings, thin sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, finely minced
Direcciones
- Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hrs. Mix cucumbers and onions with lowfat sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or possibly appetizer.
- Serves 4 to 6
- NOTES :*May leave unpared and score length-wise all around with dinner fork and slice, or possibly pare and slice.
