Receta Curried Green Bananas

Ingredientes
- 8 x Green bananas
- 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Curry
- 1 ounce Margarine
- 1 tsp Warm sauce Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 x Beateb egg Boiled rice
Direcciones
- Fry curry in margarine for 2 min. Peel and slice bananas, place in margarine and curry and brown lightly. Add in pepper, salt and coconut lowfat milk and simmer gently for 1/2 hour. Stir in beaten egg. Serve with boiled rice.
