  • 8 x Green bananas
  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Curry
  • 1 ounce Margarine
  • 1 tsp Warm sauce Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 x Beateb egg Boiled rice

Direcciones

  1. Fry curry in margarine for 2 min. Peel and slice bananas, place in margarine and curry and brown lightly. Add in pepper, salt and coconut lowfat milk and simmer gently for 1/2 hour. Stir in beaten egg. Serve with boiled rice.
