Receta Curried Quinoa Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 x Red onion, minced
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro (optional for those of you who hate it!)
- 1/2 c. Grated carrot
- 1 x Red pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts (you may substitute with any nut of your liking)
- 1/3 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Apple juice
- 2 x Limes, juice of -or possibly-
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 pch Cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. Tamari

- A very good salad with quinoa. Here is a salad I like to make, all the measurements are very approximate!
- Blend dressing and mix with the rest of the ingredients. I sometimes add in a little bit of tofu to thicken the dressing. Also add in whatever other raw minced vegies you have on hand.
