Receta Curried Shrimp Balls

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese (room temp.)
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp, liquid removed and minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- Dash MSG
Direcciones
- (Can use 1/2 - 8 ounce. bag of small shrimp.)
- Toss coconut with curry pwdr; spread mix on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 5-8 min till lightly browned. Cold.
- Combine cheese, shrimp, onion and MSG, blend well. Form 50-55 small balls and roll in curried coconut. Refrigerateand serve with crackers.
