Receta Curried Vegetable Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 x 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. celery, finely minced
- 1 sm cucumber, peeled with seeds removed and finely minced
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together, add in celery and cucumbers and stir. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables or possibly crusty bread.
- Chefs Notes: Use low fat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
