Receta Curry Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. frzn broccoli
- 2 can cream chicken or possibly mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Cook chicken 20 min. Run frzn broccoli under tap water and place spears on bottom of pan, then broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour this mix over top of chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. The last 15 min, put cheese on top and finish baking.
