Receta Curry Flavoured Baked Chicken

- 1 whole chicken, quartered and patted dry
- 4 Tbsp butter or oil
- 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chilli and Lime Seasoning
- 1 tsp Coriander Flakes
- Natural Sea Salt, freshly ground to season
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix Curry Powder, Chilli and Lime Seasoning, Coriander Flakes, Natural Sea Salt and sugar and set this spice powder mix aside.
- First make very little slashes all over the chicken pieces. Then, rub the chicken pieces first with butter or oil. Then rub it with spice powder mix. Use up all the mix.
- Now place the chicken pieces in the center of the baking tray.
- Bake till the chicken pieces turn golden brown for about 45 minutes, turning it once in between.
- Serve this over hot steaming rice with some steamed veges and/or potato mash on the side.
