Ingredientes
- 4 ounce butter
- 4 ounce minced onions
- 5 x mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 8 ounce fish fillet (red or possibly black drum recommended)
- 4 ounce crawfish tails
- 4 ounce shrimp - (90 to 100 size)
Direcciones
- Cook fish on grill approximately three min on each side. While fish is cooking, saute/fry shrimp and crawfish tails for about one minute.
- At this point, everything else may be added. Cook till vegetables are translucent/soft. If mix is too thick, add in a splash of dry white wine. If too thin, turn the heat up and cook down till the right consistency.
